In the Eastern Region any workshop that does damage estimates is acceptable. In other cases autos are brought to Najm for damage estimates in accordance with agreements made with other insurance companies. Those insurance companies that have agreements with us send autos to Najm for damage estimates, however, companies that do not have agreements with us get estimates from three workshops in accordance with Traffic Department regulations.
Al-Qaadi also said that damage estimation requires that autos are classified according to make and model, how many work hours are needed to repair the damage, and the cost of parts. Al-Qaadi affirmed that all of Najm Insurance Company's operations are in accordance with traffic regulations.
